Depending on your creative needs and number of guests, amount of Illustrations can vary from 8-12 per hour (5-8 mins per illustration) - this is determined by detail wanted.

Guests will have a finished illustration by the end of the event. Guests can choose to wait for their illustration or go enjoy the event and come back for their illustration with their picture taken with Ipad.

This varies depending on the event and client. We will not be able to complete illustrations outside of hourly pay unless negotiated first with brand or client.

We prioritize sketching as many people as possible within the agreed-upon hours. Depending on scope of work for larger events, an extra creative assistent would be needed.

Yes! Custom branding for Illustration paper is highly encouraged. Watercolor paper and marker illustration paper can be customized. These material fees will be included in your final quote. Remember to request custom/branded paper in your booking request.

Delivering the logo or any other text is due until 2 weeks prior the event, anytime after will not be guaranteed to be printed on time.

The event is priced based on hourly rate + material fee + travel fee. The quotation will be caculated and sent to your email once you fill in the booking request with all needed information.

Material fee covers (branded) paper, supplies (paint/markers etc.) that will be calculated depending on your number of guests and needs.

To confirm your booking, full payment of the agreed amount is required.
We are unable to reserve the date without full payment.

100% will be refunded if cancelled by Atelier Ariana due to emergency or good reasoning.

50% will be refunded if cancelled by client up until 2 weeks before the event.

For events requiring travel outside of the city of Antwerp, an additional, non-refundable fee may be charged to cover travel and material costs. This will be calculated based on transportation, accommodation, and other relevant expenses, and must be paid before your booking is confirmed.

When you book with us, you are booking our live sketching service, not a specific individual artist. We will assign one of our trusted and trained sketchers based on availability for your event date.
