Algemene Voorwaarden Nederlands– Atelier Ariana

1. Dienstverlening
Atelier Ariana biedt live sketching aan tijdens evenementen. Onze schetsers maken live portretschetsen van gasten.

  • Eén schetser kan maximaal 12 personen per uur tekenen.

  • De gemiddelde tijd per schets bedraagt 5 minuten per persoon.

  • De uiteindelijke capaciteit hangt af van de organisatie en de stroom van de gasten op het evenement.

  • Wij doen ons best om de aanwezige gasten actief te informeren over onze aanwezigheid zodat zij hun kans niet mislopen.

2. Boeking en betaling

  • Een boeking is pas definitief na volledige betaling van het overeengekomen bedrag.

  • Zonder betaling kunnen wij de datum helaas niet reserveren.

3. Annulering

  • Indien Atelier Ariana wegens dringende redenen de boeking moet annuleren, ontvangt de klant 100% van het betaalde bedrag retour.

  • Indien de klant zelf annuleert:

    • Tot 30 dagen voor het evenement: 50% van het bedrag wordt terugbetaald.

    • Bij annulering minder dan 14 dagen voor het evenement: geen terugbetaling.

4. Aansprakelijkheid

  • Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade of kosten voortvloeiend uit vertraging, overmacht of omstandigheden buiten onze controle.

5. Gebruik van afbeeldingen / portretten (Rechten en privacy)

  • Wij behouden het recht om foto's van het werk en het evenement (indien gemaakt) te gebruiken voor promotionele doeleinden op onze website en sociale media.

6. Tijdsverloop en wachttijden

  • Onze schetsers werken binnen het afgesproken tijdsblok. Extra schetsen of uitloop is alleen mogelijk als de planning het toelaat, en kan leiden tot extra kosten.

7. Gedrag en veiligheid

  • De klant dient een veilige en comfortabele werkplek te voorzien voor de schetser(s).

  • Bij ongepast gedrag van gasten behoudt de schetser zich het recht voor om de activiteit tijdelijk of volledig te staken zonder recht op restitutie.

8. Overmacht

  • In geval van overmacht (zoals ziekte, weersomstandigheden, stakingen, etc.) waardoor wij niet kunnen komen, wordt het volledige bedrag terugbetaald of in overleg een nieuwe datum gepland. Verdere schadevergoeding is uitgesloten.

9. Materiaal en opstelling

  • Wij voorzien zelf in het benodigde tekenmateriaal.

  • De klant zorgt voor een geschikte werkplek met minimaal [bijv. tafel en twee stoelen / stroomvoorziening indien nodig].

10. Overig

  • Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle boekingen, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.

Terms and Conditions English– Atelier Ariana

1. Services
Atelier Ariana provides live sketching services during events. Our artists create live portrait sketches of guests.

  • One artist can sketch up to 12 people per hour.

  • The average time per sketch is 5 minutes per person.

  • Actual capacity depends on the event's organization and guest flow.

  • We do our best to actively inform guests of our presence to ensure they don't miss their opportunity to be sketched.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed after full payment of the agreed amount.

  • Without payment, we are unable to reserve the date.

3. Cancellation

  • If Atelier Ariana needs to cancel the booking due to urgent reasons, the client will receive a 100% refund.

  • If the client cancels:

    • Up to 30 days before the event: 50% refund.

    • Less than 14 days before the event: no refund.

4. Liability
We are not liable for any damages or costs resulting from delays, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Use of Images / Portraits (Rights and Privacy)
We reserve the right to use photos of the artwork and the event (if taken) for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.

6. Timeframe and Guest Flow
Our artists work within the agreed time slot. Additional sketches or overtime is only possible if the schedule allows and may incur extra costs.

7. Conduct and Safety
The client is responsible for providing a safe and comfortable working environment for the artist(s).
In the event of inappropriate behavior from guests, the artist reserves the right to pause or stop the activity without a refund.

8. Force Majeure
In the case of force majeure (such as illness, weather conditions, strikes, etc.) that prevents us from attending, the full amount will be refunded or a new date will be scheduled in consultation. Further compensation is excluded.

9. Materials and Setup
We provide all necessary sketching materials.
The client is responsible for providing a suitable workspace, including at minimum [e.g., a table and two chairs / power supply if needed].

10. Other
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.
